The BasicsMultiple classes take turns writing a story. The first class writes the opening paragraph(s). When done, the first class' teacher sends an email to the next class in line. The second class reads the opening and continues the story with one or more paragraphs. This continues until the last class writes the closing paragraph and gives the story a title. After writing, students draw illustrations that the teacher adds to the story. The illustrations can be drawn using computer software or paper and drawing tools like colored pencils, markers, and crayons. Photos are taken of physical drawings and added to the wiki. All story writing is done on a shared Google Doc. School technology integration specialists can assist you, as needed. You will receive a guest username and password for editing OR use your own Google id. You DO NOT have to use Google Docs in your school to participate in this project.
